Shipping & Handling Information
A shipping and handling charge will be applied to your order of the print version of Breathing Walls, but not until after you click on the "Buy Now" button on our "Book for Sale" order page. (You will have an opportunity to confirm or abort the transaction after you know the total cost.) Texas residents will be charged sales tax.
If you live outside the United States, to preview the charges, click on "calculate your total order amount" on the first screen. You will then have a chance to select your country.
Regretfully, due to limitations of our payment processor's software, we are currently unable to give you any choice in the matter of how we ship the book. We have chosen the following shipping methods, offered by the United States Postal Service, for a balance between affordability and delivery time.
